Nuketown 2025 removed and then reinstated
According to David Vonderhaars Twitter, Nuketown 2025 had been taken down after double XP. They had only intended to use Nuketown on special occasions. After fan backlash, for feeling ripped off at losing a promised map, Activision has reinstated Nuketown in a small map playlist. Carrier, Cargo, Express, Hijacked, Slums, Standoff, and Nuketown 2025 will be in rotation in the Chaos Mospit playlist.

Treyarch Serious on Bans! :)
It looks like the guys at Treyarch are looking forward to banning cheaters of all kinds. It's good to see a company who won't stand for the bullcrap that ruins games. Hopefully they catch 'em all.
We've had at least 4 bad people. They won't get to play ever again. #GG spending extra to get the game earlier and then blowing it.

FAQ. Will people be reset? A. Read the previously linked Security/Enforcement policy. Unless you are a bad person doing bad things, no. +

Favela reinstated
A little late on the post, but IW's twitter, on Nov 6th, mentions that Favela has been placed back into the MW2 playlist after the Muslim controversy not long ago.
The multiplayer map Favela is available in all #MW2 playlists.
